- High season surcharge at USD 25 nett/night is applied from 01 July 2013 to 30 September 2013
- Peak season surcharge at USD 35 nett/night Is applied from 20 December 2013 to 05 January 2013
- Price and benefit are for 2 persons only
- Reservation is subject to availability and confirmation basis
- 50 % deposit is required by 21 days in low season and 30 days in high and peak seasons
- 50% of total payment is charged for cancellation occurred after cut of date, and full charge is billed for cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to arrival
